Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team and other internal stakeholders through various recruiting and onboarding activities. This involves various administrative tasks, sourcing and hiring, and onboarding processes, and compliance related activities. This position plays a key role in the Talent team by performing a variety of administrative duties related to our hiring processes that contribute to our overall success in attracting key talent to the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides centralized support to the Talent Acquisition team, various Human Resources team members, and hiring managers throughout the full cycle recruiting process
- Ensures timely and efficient processing of all necessary processes and information to ensure legal compliance and adherence to internal process guidelines, such as Form I-9 validation and support
- Serves as a primary point of contact for business leaders with system related support for Workday recruiting module
- Assists with scheduling, content organization, and overall coordination of the company’s New Hire Welcome Sessions
- Provides support to maintain recruiting related content on internal and external websites
- Partners with HR Support team to ensure timely responses delivered through our internal ticketing system
- Performs a wide range of support to assist in departmental processes and special projects
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
- Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
- Experience working within an HCM and/or ATS is preferred
