Job Summary (Workday Administrator)

Serve as Senior Analyst specializing in Workday Benefits administration.
Configure and maintain Workday Benefits, including eligibility/event rules, benefit groups, plans, and rates.
Manage Workday Open Enrollment and end-of-year processing, including vendor file reporting and handling 4th quarter changes.
Develop, modify, and optimize Workday Benefits business processes.
Conduct Workday Benefits testing (unit, end-to-end integration).
Support and test HCM integrations with carriers and third-party vendors.
Assist with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) data loads and Report Writer tasks.
Deliver demos and conduct small group training sessions on Workday Benefits.
Troubleshoot advanced Workday Benefits issues; provide Tier 3 production support.
Ensure all Workday Benefits experience and knowledge is current and up-to-date.
Collaborate on process improvement and project design (minimum 2+ years required).
Provide HR application support (minimum 4+ years required), preferably within healthcare HR/Payroll systems.
