Job Summary

A growing banking and consumer lending organization is seeking a Workday Configuration Specialist to support Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is ideal for a Workday professional with hands-on configuration experience who enjoys translating business needs into scalable system solutions.

This role offers the chance to partner closely with business stakeholders, HR technology teams, and cross-functional partners in a collaborative enterprise environment. The Workday Configuration Specialist will play an important role in improving compensation processes, supporting automated merit increase functionality, and helping deliver reliable Workday solutions that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation functionality.
Analyze, design, and enhance automated merit increase processes within Workday Compensation Review.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Translate business needs into Workday functional designs, scalable configurations, and proof-of-concept solutions.
Coordinate configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities for compensation-related solutions.
Document business processes, requirements, data flows, user experiences, and solution outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $56.50 per hour.

Hybrid

Location: Charlotte, NC.
