As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. Your expertise in talent management and recruitment strategies will be essential in ensuring the company's staffing needs are met efficiently.

Duties

Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Conduct employee orientation and assist with onboarding processes
Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations
Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Taleo for candidate tracking

Experience

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Strong research skills for sourcing candidates
Knowledge of lead generation techniques for attracting passive candidates
Experience in conducting employee evaluations and performance reviews
Familiarity with executive recruiting processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,909.00 - $59,480.00 per year
