Overview

We are seeking a tech‑savvy HCM Training Specialist to support statewide talent acquisition and performance management initiatives across Georgia agencies. This role focuses on delivering and enhancing training for GA@WORK (Workday) while partnering with HR stakeholders to drive adoption and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual and in‑person training on Workday (GA@WORK) modules
Train agency recruiters on hiring best practices, talent pools, internships, and Workday recruiting tools
Develop, update, and maintain training materials (courses, guides, exercises)
Analyze Workday training data and create reports and presentations
Support LMS administration (enrollments, learning paths, exams)
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and respond to training requests

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience delivering training (in‑person, virtual, online)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with HR systems and training environments
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Core HCM / Talent / Compensation experience (admin or trainer)
HRIS systems training experience
Background in HR, talent acquisition, or performance management

Work Model

Hybrid (telework encouraged; some on‑site presence required)
