About the Role

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Full-Time Temporary Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a contract basis. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple open requisitions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and place top-tier talent. This is a high-impact, fast-paced assignment ideal for a recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to develop clear job requirements, interview frameworks, and candidate evaluation criteria
Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other channels
Maintain an organized and up-to-date ATS pipeline, ensuring timely communication with all candidates
Provide regular recruiting status updates and data-driven progress reports to stakeholders
Represent the organization professionally throughout the candidate experience
Collaborate with the broader HR and TA team on process improvements and best practices

Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS)
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
