Duties

Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching to sharpen your skills and grow professionally.

Skills

You already hold — or are prepared to obtain — your life insurance license, and we’ll guide you through the process.
You communicate well, connect easily with others, and naturally build trust.
You’re motivated to succeed, eager to learn, and open to coaching that helps you grow.
You’re comfortable with technology and confident meeting clients via Zoom or similar platforms.
You manage your time well and stay organized, even in a self-directed work environment.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
You bring professionalism, integrity, and a sincere desire to support clients.
You have reliable internet access and a computer to work effectively from home.
