Title: HRIS Analyst V

Compensation

Pay Range: $65.00-$70.00 Per HR

Job Summary

This is a remote contract position where you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and providing solutions for HR systems.
You will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure best practices and troubleshoot issues within the HR technology platform.
Experience with human resource management systems is essential.

Experience

5+ years of experience in business process and analytical experience in Workday
Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred.
Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for compensation and payroll planning initiatives.
Configure and maintain payroll and time tracking systems.
Manage testing, reporting, and data validation processes.
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with relevant teams.
Ensure compliance and maintain documentation for end-user training.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training
Specialization in the Workday HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules required
Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable
