Compensation Range: $65-$85/hr

Job Description:
Design, develop, and support Workday integrations while troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise HR technology solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Debug and troubleshoot Workday integration issues across systems
Triage issues to determine root cause (Workday vs. external systems)
Develop and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Extend
Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs using JSON and XML
Navigate Workday environments including sandbox, security, and domain configurations
Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations
Collaborate with internal teams on integration design and implementation
Maintain documentation and integration best practices

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday HCM integrations development experience
- Experience delivering full-cycle integrations to production
- Workday certification (Integrations, Extend, or Orchestrate)
- Strong experience with JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, and XML
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
- Understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and security
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrate
- Familiarity with AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
