Workday Director – HCM & Financials

Hybrid – Frisco, TX (Relocation Assistance Available)

Our client, a household brand, is looking for a Workday Director to lead and scale their internal Workday function. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) is based in Frisco, TX — and relocation support is on the table for the right candidate.

You will lead strategy and development for the full Workday platform (HCM & FINS), including hiring and developing the Workday team underneath you.

What you'll be doing:

Oversee Workday strategy, administration, and roadmap across HCM & FINS
Manage a team of analysts and external partners (3+ years’ team leadership required)
Own post-implementation improvements, upgrades, and integrations
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to align Workday with business goals
Get hands-on where needed — this isn’t just a people manager role

What we're looking for:

Strong background in Workday Financials (some Workday HCM experience required)
7+ years' experience in ERP Systems
3+ years’ experience managing teams
Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and juggling stakeholders
Based in or willing to relocate to Frisco (relocation assistance provided)
