Remote Sales Consultant — Nuovo Photography

Location: Remote (United States and Canada)

About the role

Nuovo Photography is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Remote Sales Consultant to connect with warm inbound leads, build rapport, understand client needs, explain our photography experiences, handle objections, and convert interested prospects into booked studio sessions.

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on sales experience who enjoys phone-based conversations, relationship building, and working toward measurable performance goals.

This is not a traditional cold-calling position. You'll primarily work with people who have already expressed interest in Nuovo Photography.

Responsibilities

Connect with warm inbound leads who have expressed interest in Nuovo Photography.
Build rapport and understand each prospective client's needs.
Explain Nuovo's photography experience and help clients understand the value of booking a session.
Handle questions and objections confidently and professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects to help move them toward booking.
Guide interested clients through the booking process and secure studio appointments.
Maintain accurate records and follow the company's sales processes.
Work toward performance goals and contribute to team results.

Requirements

Previous hands-on sales experience in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable handling objections, explaining value, and guiding prospects toward a purchasing decision.
Ability to work toward sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
Ability to commit to a structured schedule of 40+ hours per week, generally across 4–5 full workdays.
Availability for some evening and weekend hours based on business needs.
Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
Coachability, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation and benefits

Approximately $45,000 in guaranteed annual earnings.
Performance-based commission, with typical on-target earnings around $9,000 per month depending on individual performance.
Paid training.
Company-provided laptop.
Benefits package.

The $45,000 represents guaranteed annual earnings, not a traditional base salary plus commission. Representatives receive whichever is higher: applicable hourly earnings or earned commissions.

Actual compensation and benefit details are provided by Nuovo during the hiring process.

Work arrangement

Fully remote position.
Full-time commitment of 40+ hours per week.
Generally scheduled across 4–5 full workdays.
Some evening and weekend availability may be required depending on business needs.
Nuovo will confirm the exact schedule during the interview process.
