Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ADP Payroll Specialist to join our finance and human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records using various payroll systems. Your expertise will help streamline payroll operations, support HR functions, and safeguard confidential employee information. Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP payroll systems, ensuring timely payments for all employees.
Manage data entry related to employee hours, benefits, tax information, and deductions within payroll and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
Reconcile payroll accounts and perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure consistency across financial records.
Stay current with employment and labor law regulations to ensure compliance in all payroll activities.
Handle payroll tax calculations, filings, and reporting in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Support benefits administration processes including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits programs.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while managing payroll data securely.

Skills

Extensive experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday or PeopleSoft for effective data management.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial concepts including general ledger accounting, journal entries, debits & credits, and account reconciliation.
Familiarity with employment & labor law as well as tax law applicable to payroll processing.
Excellent spreadsheet skills for data analysis and reporting; experience with Excel or similar tools is essential.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong analysis skills combined with attention to detail in processing payroll and maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
