Seeking a Compensation Analyst with solid Workday experience to join our Atlanta corporate team ASAP.

Contract-to-hire | ~$35-40/hr+ | Growth opportunity

Start date ASAP

Duties:
• Support merit & incentive cycles
• Lead market pricing (Radford/Culpepper)
• Manage Workday comp data & governance
• Partner with HR and business leaders

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including market pricing, job architecture, and administration of annual compensation programs.
Strong Workday experience, including compensation dashboards, job profile maintenance, audits, and data governance (as reflected in your current team’s workflow).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex compensation cycles with precision and attention to detail.
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills.
Experience in a multi‐site manufacturing or corporate HR environment a Plus!!!!
