Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remote Workday Integration Specialist (HRIS) for a contract assignment with one of our premier Wealth Management clients. This role will be remote.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the design, testing and implementation of Workday Benefits/Finance integration solutions.
Workday Benefits & Finance Integrations build
Act as subject matter expert across multiple Workday Benefits integrations
Design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations
Partner with stakeholders/vendors to gather requirements solutions
Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practices

Required Skills:

6+ years of Workday Benefits hands-on integration configuration experience
Workday Core Connector
At least 2 Workday Benefits full implementation configuration
Experience gathering requirements for Benefits integrations with third-party vendors
Troubleshoot benefits related to system issues and business processes
Experience working end-to-end across Workday initiatives, from requirements gathering through deployment
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

Workday Integration Pro certification is a plus
