S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions has a Workday Functional Recruiting Consultant opportunity for a leading Financial Services client on a hybrid work basis in Plano, TX, McLean, Richmond, VA, New York, NY or Chicago, IL. Please read further if you are interested in joining a leading organization!

Duration: 12 months + possible extension

Pay Rate: $65-75/hr. W2. W2 only, we cannot do C2C or 1099 at this time

Candidate Requirements

Strong Workday Functional Consultant experience – still looking for workday experience
Must have hands-on experience with the following modules:
Core HCM must have
Recruiting must have
Benefits
TMPM
Experience configuring and setting up Workday for organizations
Strong understanding of business processes across all three modules
Workday certifications are preferred but not required
Functional experience only – no Integration Consultants
Looking for candidates who can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time
Technical experience – is not needed!
Work is setting / consolidation for one big process.
