Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Talent and Learning modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to optimize HR processes. This is a fully onsite role based in Secaucus, NJ. Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support the Workday Talent and Learning modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements.
Configure business processes, security, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
Support Workday releases by evaluating new features and recommending improvements.
Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely functional support.
Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
Ensure system configurations align with business needs and Workday best practices.

Required Skills

8 10 years of overall IT experience with strong Workday Functional expertise.
Hands-on experience with Workday Talent and Learning modules.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes and configuration.
Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business process configuration.
Knowledge of Workday security and data management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday certification in Talent, Learning, or HCM is a plus.
Experience with Workday integrations and additional HCM modules is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
