- Defining, Managing Compensation Plan Templates
- Ability to add planning instructions to worksheets
- Ability to assign rating sources to plan templates
- Ability to define and edit guideline matrices
- Ability to create budget calculations for salary, bonus, stock, option or variable pay
- Define detailed worksheet settings o
- Define compensation planners and creating route maps for workflow approval
- Assign route maps to compensation plan templates
- Ability to add eligibility rules
- Configure the relevant settings for date-based pro-ration or importing of pro-rations
- Ability to setup email notifications
- Ability to adapt the display of various features as required
- Ability to setup import tables as needed to satisfy business requirements in the areas of:
- Currency conversion tables
- Salary pay matrices
- Lookup tables for mapping data to employee based attributes
- Migrating job code and pay grade mapping tables
- Creating stock value & factor tables
- Creating stock participation guideline tables as needed
- Ability to setup Job Selector
- Ability to setup budget groups and importing employees to groups and assign them in group assignments in Compensation planning
- Ability to create test user file and import test users
- Ability to setup role based permissions
- Create test compensation worksheets
- Be familiar with enabling compensation reports
- Ability to create and manage compensation statement templates
- Update system for completion of the Compensation cycle.
