Description:
A PeopleSoft to Workday Data Conversion Developer for HCM and Finance modules is responsible for migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. Their duties include extracting, transforming, and loading data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and mapping data fields between the two systems. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
- Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
- Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.
- Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.
- Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
Required Skills:
- 84 months of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
- 84 months of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
- 84 months of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
- 84 months of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.
- 84 months of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
- 84 months of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures.
- 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various technical teams (but not limited to) such as PeopleSoft, workday, database administrators, cybersecurity analysts to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
- Oracle PeopleSoft Certification.
- Bachelor's degree.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $64.43 - $65.00 per hour
