Title: HRIS Analyst

Description:
Looking for a Benefits HRIS Professional to provide support for Integrations and Data within our Workday and ADP GlobalView (SAP) Environments. In addition, you will be responsible for managing employee reported issues that come in through our various ticketing systems (ex: ServiceNow, Email/IM, and External Vendor Systems).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that inbound and outbound integrations are processed successfully and resolving any errors if needed.
- Making any data corrections necessary to resolve issues reported by internal benefit team members, or that are necessary to resolve a reported issue.
- Extracting data from various environments to perform audits or to determine the impact of a reported issue.
- Working with the internal benefits team and external vendors on adhoc reporting requests.
- Managing our ServiceNow Queue for employee reported issues
