We’re seeking a dedicated Performance Management Analyst or Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract (potential for extension). This role is laser-focused on performance management—not general HR or investigations—and is ideal for someone who thrives on coaching, documentation, and driving employee improvement, not exits.
- 💰 Pay Rate: $51.85/hour (W2)
- ⏳ Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

🔍 What You’ll Do
- Provide expert support on performance management issues for exempt-level employees and people managers.
- Partner with leadership to coach and guide through performance challenges.
- Own and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally while managing a steady and structured caseload.
💼 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of performance management experience (can come from HR, Talent, or Employee Relations).
- Strong skills in coaching, documentation, and performance tracking.
- Comfort and interest in working exclusively in performance management.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours; some overlap with California business hours required.
