Recruitment Resourcer (Remote, Full-Time)
We’re Xterna Consulting - a niche recruitment firm focused on building enclosure, façade engineering, and forensic architecture across the U.S.
We’re hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to join us remotely and help source top technical talent. No prior recruitment experience is needed - I’ll train you. If you’re sharp, reliable, and willing to learn, you’ll do great here.
⚠️ If you have a background or interest in engineering or architecture (especially buildings-focused), you'll pick this up quickly and thrive in the role.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
- Build and manage pipelines in our Loxo ATS
- Format CVs and write short candidate summaries
- Assist with outreach, scheduling, and research
- Join two daily check-ins (start and end of your workday)
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Your own working computer/laptop and strong internet connection
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) — must have
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Bonus if you’ve used LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or Loxo ATS
⏰ Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
Flexible hours — you decide your schedule, just be consistent
💸 Salary & Perks:
- PHP 30,000/month base
- PHP 10,000 bonus for each candidate you help place
- Up to PHP 10,000/month extra for hitting agreed KPI targets
- Monthly internet stipend
