KPMG is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities: Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
Review and map Workday business processes.
Manage day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
Advise clients on system services within the Workday application by reviewing business processes.
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.
Qualifications: At least five years of experience as a Functional Lead consultant with Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation implementation and upgrade experience.
Minimum of five full lifecycle implementations with Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect, with Workday certification in these areas (candidates without current certification must obtain it within three months of employment).
Experience leading functional design, configuration, and process alignment.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and Workday Compensation processes and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Willingness to travel up to 70%.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
