As a Senior Platform Engineer specializing in Workday's Advanced Compensation, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our Human Resource technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners to understand and define application capabilities and testing scenarios.
Translate business priorities to ensure alignment with HR strategies and value propositions.
Deliver comprehensive solutions in Workday across various modules including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
Communicate effectively with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to shape innovative solutions.
Assist clients during major annual events such as Talent/Performance Reviews, Merit Reviews, and Open Enrollment.
Identify and recommend process improvements and enhancements in collaboration with HR partners.
Stay current with Workday updates and capabilities to enhance system performance.
Maintain detailed documentation for system implementations.
Act as the primary contact for business and technical inquiries related to the system.
Provide ongoing production support for Workday, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to find resolutions.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 6 years of experience in Workday functional configuration (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management).
A minimum of 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform.
At least 3 years of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration.
Experience in an agile delivery environment.
Workday or Workday Pro certifications in relevant areas.
4+ years of experience with Workday Security or Reporting.
4+ years of experience loading HCM data using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
