Onsite from Day 1
Essential Skills: Minimum 5-years of experience in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
Configure and customize Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Performance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Experience in integrations and reporting
Configure Compensation Plans like Bonus, Merit, and Stock Plans Roll out compensation plans to eligible employees.
Process year-end compensation review for employees including merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and grant stock.
Manage exceptions in compensation review.
Generate Compensation Review Statement.
