IT Product Manager, HR Core Applications

Salary Range: $140,000-$152,000

Location: California (Remote, PST ONLY)

The Product Manager, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, serves as the critical bridge between IT and Human Resources, driving the strategic alignment of technology with HR business objectives. This role manages the full lifecycle of HR applications, including Workday, Kronos and Healthstream, ensuring seamless operations and delivering high-value IT solutions. Reporting to the Director, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, the Product Manager blends technical expertise with business acumen to support existing systems, lead projects, and facilitate strategic IT initiatives within the HR domain.

Responsibilities:

Manage lifecycle of HR applications (Workday, Kronos, Healthstream)
Lead system implementation, support, and optimization
Recommend and execute technical solutions aligned with HR goals
Ensure integration and compliance with enterprise IT standards
Supervise and mentor application support teams
Collaborate with clinical, business, and research stakeholders
Oversee procurement processes and vendor evaluations
Contribute to IT strategic planning and project evaluation
Deliver presentations and support cross-functional initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience:

5+ years in healthcare IT
5+ years configuring and supporting HRIS systems
Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, credential tracking, and identity management
3+ years managing teams and stakeholder relationships
Proven track record in project management (ITIL, Agile)
