Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRP Configuration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting the Human Resource Planning (HRP) modules within our HRIS/ERP systems. This role requires deep knowledge of HRP functionality and a proven track record in successful configuration and implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute the configuration of HRP modules based on business requirements.
· Translate functional specifications into technical configuration steps and documentation.
· Perform system testing, validation, and provide support during UAT phases.
· Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR planning requirements.
· Identify gaps and suggest process improvements in HRP-related workflows.
· Support data migration, system integration, and go-live activities.
· Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to HRP configurations.
· Conduct knowledge transfer and training for end-users and HR staff.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in HRP configuration in ERP/HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
· Strong understanding of HRP processes such as workforce planning, organizational modeling, position management, and budgeting.
· Proficiency in documenting functional and technical specifications.
· Experience in end-to-end HRP implementation projects is a must.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in relevant HRIS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday).
· Experience with reporting tools and data analysis.
· Familiarity with integration tools or middleware for HRP systems.
