About the Role
As Senior Manager, HRIS, you will provide strategic oversight and manage system capabilities, enhance functionality, maintain stakeholder and vendor relationships, design the HRIS roadmap and lead the HRIS team.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage new and existing system capabilities
Design and implement the HRIS roadmap aligned with the strategic vision with other systems in mind
Build technical and industry trend knowledge and best practices to inform system strategies and implementation plans
Maintain relationships with key business partners and leverage feedback loops to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and operational needs, supporting scalability and efficiency
Develop with a minimal viable product mindset to quickly deliver essential features, gather feedback and iteratively improve
Establish and monitor metrics to ensure system performance and efficiency
Develop staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans
Create an open and trusting work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, promoting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communication
Allocate resources appropriately based on strategic priorities and project needs
Manage and cultivate vendor partnerships for improvement and lead contract negotiations
Learn and implement AI and efficiency opportunities

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of prior management experience
Experience with Workday
Continuous improvement mindset
Effective verbal and written communicator
Strong organizational skills
