Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Global People Analytics Manager for a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry. This is a fully remote, temporary opportunity ideal for a data-driven HR analytics leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and deliver scalable reports, dashboards, and insights aligned with business priorities
- Provide timely, accurate reporting across metrics like attrition, DEI, engagement, hiring, and performance
- Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and visualizations for stakeholders
- Partner with HR and business leaders to address key workforce questions through analytics

Standardize and streamline reporting processes to enhance quality and efficiency
- Implement intake and prioritization best practices using Agile or similar methodologies
- Continuously refine tools and workflows to improve stakeholder engagement and delivery speed

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of workforce data across systems
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and Compliance to enforce robust data governance standards
- Leverage tools such as Workday, Visier, and Power BI to optimize analytics capabilities

Serve as a strategic partner to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and cross-functional teams
- Align reporting and workforce analytics with broader business objectives and compliance requirements
- Stay current on trends and innovations in the people analytics space
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, or related field
- 8+ years in HR analytics or workforce reporting roles
- 5+ years of Workday experience and 2+ years with Power BI
Skills & Competencies

Proven leadership experience with a track record of building effective analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced setting
- Deep familiarity with HR processes including talent, performance, engagement, and retention
- Commitment to data privacy, accuracy, and operational integrity
