About the Role:
We are seeking a Workday Recruiting & HiredScore Analyst to support our Recruiting and Talent workstreams as part of an enterprise Workday deployment. This role is hands-on and collaborative, providing critical support for testing, configuration, troubleshooting, cutover, and conversion activities. This resource will also contribute to the implementation of HiredScore, supporting automation and AI-driven hiring enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support configuration and optimization of Workday Recruiting, including:
- Building questionnaires and candidate stages
- Managing requisition workflows and job postings
- Supporting offer and onboarding processes
- Assist with conversion testing, validation, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical assistance across the Recruiting and Talent workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager Workstream Lead and Talent Workstream Lead to offload and manage day-to-day operational tasks.
- Provide implementation leadership and support, including testing, configuration alignment, and cross-functional coordination for HiredScore.
- Participate in training content reviews and provide feedback from a technical and user perspective.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Be available for onsite collaboration at least one week per month, with the ability to work regular business hours remotely otherwise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to build and maintain questionnaires, candidate stages, and recruiting workflows.
- Experience with Workday Talent is a strong plus.
- HiredScore implementation experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative, project-based environment.
