Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of innovative solutions across our HRIS and Learning Management Systems. This role will drive product lifecycle activities—from concept to launch—ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new product concepts or enhancements based on user and business needs.
- Conduct market and technology research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Champion product initiatives to senior leadership and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Develop business cases and manage all product lifecycle phases, including analysis, design, development, testing, and integration.
- Guide the delivery of new functionality for HRIS and LMS platforms, ensuring successful implementation through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and validation.
- Promote process improvement using data insights and change management strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Quarterly Planning, Daily Standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to shape product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or LMS System Administration
- Minimum 2 years of Agile experience
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb) or HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAFe or other Agile frameworks (APM, SPC)
- Strong background in case management, strategic planning, release/deployment, and metrics (OKRs, KPIs)
- Proficiency in product development techniques such as journey mapping and value stream analysis
