Job Title: HRIS Analyst (BambooHR Specialist)

Position Overview:
AimHire is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Benefits Analyst with deep expertise in BambooHR to join our client’s dynamic HR team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is critical for enhancing the company's use of BambooHR, particularly within payroll, benefits configuration, and system optimization. We're looking for a proactive systems thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and maximizing BambooHR functionality across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the company’s use of BambooHR, focusing on payroll and benefits, and make necessary adjustments to improve functionality.
- Lead the configuration and setup of models in BambooHR to meet company needs. Ensure that all configurations are aligned with HR and payroll requirements.
- Utilize BambooHR’s payroll features to optimize payroll processing and ensure smooth integration with other systems. Experience in payroll management is a significant plus.
- Review and analyze the setup of HR benefits in BambooHR, ensuring that the system is configured correctly for benefits administration. Work with insurance carriers to ensure data flows seamlessly between the system and external providers.
- Regularly maintain and update BambooHR configurations and provide ongoing system reports to HR leadership for tracking and compliance purposes.
- Assess and evaluate current BambooHR usage and identify opportunities to maximize system potential. Make recommendations for system enhancements or new features to optimize HR operations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and other users to ensure effective use of BambooHR and address any system issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with BambooHR configuration, setup, roll-out, and ongoing maintenance.
- Experience with payroll processing and integration in BambooHR is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR benefits processes and experience managing benefits information within BambooHR.
- Ability to analyze and assess the effectiveness of current BambooHR use and make data-driven improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system functionality.
- Comfortable working with system configurations and data reporting in BambooHR and related HRIS tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including HR leadership and insurance carriers, to ensure smooth data integration and process alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with BambooHR, with a focus on payroll and benefits management.
