Duration: 6 month contract with potential to convert
Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite / Tuesday - Thursdays)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm PST
Pay: $65-$70/hourly on W2
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to mature and optimize business processes.
- Conduct current-state vs. future-state analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear, well-structured documentation, including process flows, requirements, and analysis artifacts.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Workday in Core HCM.
- Provide guidance to HR Teams, strengthening communication between their associated teams.
- Strong experience conducting gap analysis and defining future-state solutions.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for sprint reporting and work tracking.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work across a wide range of audiences and leadership levels.
The hourly range for this position is $65 to $70/hourly. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
