Role Title: Workday HCM - Core and Compensation Lead
Location: New York, NY/Remote
Duration: Full-time with Apexon
Note: Frequent travel to New York, NY. Client will cover the expenses.
Required Skills:
- Workday Implementation experience, Workday HCM Core certification
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Compensation certification
Responsibilities:
- Workday HCM Core and Compensation Lead that drives the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Core HCM and Compensation.
- Lead client meetings that drive to a decision.
- Identify and update design documents, decision documents, and RAID items.
- Expected Deliverable(s): Tenant Build, User Stories, Defect Resolution, Configuration Workbook, Business Process Workbook, Gap Definition Document Updates
