💼 Compensation & Benefits Analyst | BKV Corporation | Denver | Fort Worth

The role: Support total rewards operations for a publicly-traded energy company where you'll develop technical expertise and see how compensation strategy actually works.

What you'll do:

This is hands-on analytical and administrative work that builds your foundation in total rewards:

Run compensation analyses – Market benchmarking, salary comparisons, data modeling for merit cycles and promotions
Administer benefits programs – 401(k) management, health plan enrollment, FSA/HSA coordination, leave tracking
Maintain HRIS accuracy – Workday data integrity, report generation, audit preparation
Support compliance – ACA reporting, ERISA documentation, DOL requirements
Answer employee questions – Benefits inquiries, compensation policies, enrollment support across 400 employees

What you bring:

2–4 years in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
HRIS experience (Workday, ADP, UltiPro—you've actually used the systems, not just listed them)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling)
Energy, manufacturing, or operational environment experience preferred
Self-starter who can work independently with guidance from leadership
