Job Description

Key Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance Core.
5+ years of overall experience in Finance ERP systems (Workday Fin/Oracle Fin/ SAP FICO, etc.).
Workday Finance Certified (preferred) or ex-Workday
Proven experience in:
- Workday Finance implementation projects.
- Workday enhancements and feature rollouts.
- Production support, issue resolution, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday Financials modules, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, Expenses, and Financial Accounting.
Participate in full-cycle Workday Finance implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with business users to assess needs, recommend solutions, and implement finance-related enhancements.
Handle production support activities, such as resolving system issues, managing service requests, and ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and security related to Workday Finance.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
Stay updated on Workday releases and apply new features to improve financial processes.

Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Hands-on configuration experience within Workday Financials.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
