Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Project Manager to lead end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations for our client. This role requires a true Project Manager (not a consultant or team lead) who has successfully owned and delivered multiple Workday Payroll implementations from initiation through go-live.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Workday integrations, coordinating with external partners (including KPMG), and driving cross-functional teams to deliver complex payroll solutions on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations as a Project Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll integrations and implementation
- Experience working with KPMG on Workday projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to Knoxville, TN a few times per month during the initial phase
