3 6 years experience in program management, project coordination, or ERP implementation support
Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (Workday preferred)
Strong organizational and dependency-tracking skills
Advanced Excel / reporting proficiency
Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools
Ability to synthesize execution detail into executive-ready summaries
Strong meeting facilitation and follow-up discipline
Preferred
Exposure to Workday Financials, Data Migration, or system integrations
Experience supporting governance forums (SteerCo, executive reviews)
Understanding of RAIDD management practices
Basic financial acumen (forecast vs plan, milestone-based funding)
