Are you a Workday expert ready to own and transform HR technology at a dynamic insurance brokerage? As a Workday HRIS Manager at M3, you'll lead the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing governance of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. How You Will Make An Impact
- Take full ownership of the Workday HCM platform, including configuration, tenant management, security administration, and functional optimization across all modules — specifically performance, absence, time, payroll, and talent (PAT).
- Drive data-driven decision making by building and maintaining advanced dashboards, scorecards, discovery boards, and executive-level analytics that deliver actionable workforce insights.
- Champion process improvement and automation by evaluating HR workflows and identifying opportunities to streamline operations through Workday configuration, automation, and business process design.
- Act as the primary liaison with Workday implementation partners, AMS vendors, and technology providers, ensuring timely issue resolution and strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Digital, and L&D.
- Lead change management efforts for new Workday functionality and system updates, developing training guides, SOPs, and release documentation to drive adoption and proficiency across the organization.
- Ensure Workday supports compliance, regulatory updates, and data integrity standards across HR and payroll, while establishing and maintaining data governance standards across all HR systems.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of Workday HRIS experience; Workday HCM configuration experience required.
- Experience with key Workday modules: Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Compensation.
- Strong Workday reporting skills including Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and PRISM; BIRT experience a plus.
- Experience with Workday implementations, feature releases, testing, and post-go-live optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions and workflow design.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy, compliance, and security standards.
