Senior Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities
· Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW) to maintain competitive salary structures.
· Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide expert compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and internal movement decisions.
· Support the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and equity planning, owning data preparation, modeling, and complex analytics.
· Conduct regular pay equity, compression, and internal alignment analyses to support fair and consistent pay practices across the organization.
· Maintain and enhance job architecture, leveling, and titling frameworks to ensure clarity and scalability as the company grows.
· Develop compensation dashboards, analytics, and executive summaries that translate raw data into actionable business insights for leadership.
· Participate in the design, implementation, and communication of compensation policies, tools, and programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
· Stay current on global market trends, legal requirements, and best practices in compensation management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
· 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment.
· Expertise in Excel skills (modeling, VLOOKUP, Index/Match) and proficiency with Workday and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
· Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable recommendations.
· Strong understanding of market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structure design.
· Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to influence HR and business stakeholders.
· High attention to detail, integrity, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
· CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification or progress toward it is a plus.
Salary: $114,000K-$160,000K+ Depending on Experience
