Location: Irving, TX (Locals Only)
Duration: 9 months Contract to Hire (HYBRID: 4 days onsite, with Fridays remote)
Position Overview
An experienced and strategic Workday Integration and Conversion Lead to drive the end-to-end technical integrations and conversions of our Workday HCM project. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and testing of Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) and managing the conversion of data from legacy systems to Workday. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with functional requirements, ensuring data integrity and seamless system performance.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP data conversion and integrations, with at least 3+ years specifically in Workday implementations.
• Workday Expertise: Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Custom Reports.
• Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL, XSLT, XML, and complex data transformation logic.
• Implementations: At least two full life-cycle Workday implementations (HCM).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
