We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and exposure to general HR responsibilities to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values relationship-building, and enjoys supporting both recruiting and HR initiatives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare positions, including clinical, non-clinical, and support staff roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records within the applicant tracking system
- Support onboarding and new hire processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees
- Assist with general HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and administrative support
- Help promote a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the organization
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience required
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Prior general HR experience strongly preferred
- Experience using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or similar systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment
