Overview
We are a growing restoration company seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to generate new business through in-person outreach.
This is a 1 day per week, field-based role ideal for someone looking to earn additional income. You will spend your day building relationships with insurance agents and local businesses.
If you’re not comfortable walking into offices and starting conversations, this is not the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 20–30 in-person visits per day
- Build relationships with:
- Insurance agents
- Generate qualified leads and new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Provide a simple activity summary after each workday
Compensation
- $150–$200 per day
- + $75–$150 per qualified lead
- + $500+ commission on closed jobs
High performers can earn significantly more through commissions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and cold introductions
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Reliable transportation (required)
