The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically excellent Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced provider or an emerging clinician with a passion for primary care, we want to hear from you. Schedule & Work Environment
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday (Day shift) 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Work Schedule: Full-time providers work 4.5 days per week
- Patient Volume: A minimum of 20 patients per day once a full patient panel is established. New providers are supported through a structured, gradual panel-building process
- Charting: Documentation is considered part of the patient visit and is typically completed immediately following each encounter — keeping your workday contained and your evenings free
- Office Space: Each provider is assigned two dedicated offices — one for clinical work and one for administrative use — ensuring privacy, professionalism, and a comfortable working environment
- Salary: Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Has a strong dedication to patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction
- Holds an active Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in Maryland and is Board Certified
- Has 1+ years of adult primary care experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health screenings, physical exams, and wellness visits
- Manage chronic disease conditions including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and gynecological care
- Perform in-office procedures including wound care, ear lavage, pre-operative evaluations, and on-site CLIA lab services
- Administer and oversee vaccinations and preventive care services
- Order and interpret laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic tests; clearly explain procedures, preparation, and anticipated outcomes to patients
- Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic treatments
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and self-management strategies
- Apply knowledge of quality measures and clinical decision support tools
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists as clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all patient encounters in the electronic medical record

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
