About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Workday Application Developer to join a growing enterprise applications team. This is a techno-functional role with responsibilities evenly split between Workday integrations development and functional configuration/support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules, integrations, reporting, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions and support ongoing optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting or implementing HCM modules
- Strong experience with Workday integrations including EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors
- Functional expertise in Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, or Compensation
- Experience working with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or UKG
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Payroll, Core Financials, Expenses, Security, and Prism Analytics
- Experience supporting Workday in a managed services or center-of-excellence environment
- Business analysis and requirements gathering experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Workday Pro Certification in multiple modules preferred
