Job Title: Workday HCM Core HR & Compensation Lead
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Gainesville, FL)

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Core HR & Compensation Lead to join a growing team supporting Higher Education ERP implementations. This role will lead the functional implementation of Workday Core HR and Compensation modules and partner closely with HR stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Required Skills:
- Workday Pro HCM Core Services Certification
- Workday Pro Compensation Services Certification
- Experience leading full-cycle Workday HCM implementations
- Strong functional expertise in Core HR and Compensation modules
- Experience gathering requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Higher Education industry experience
- 3+ full-cycle Workday Higher Education ERP implementations
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional implementation for Workday Core HR and Compensation
- Conduct discovery sessions and gather business requirements
- Configure Workday business processes and security as needed
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Provide best practice recommendations and process improvements
