- Lead go-to-market planning for the global partner organization, including the design and implementation of coverage models, productivity targets, quota credit and compensation rules, territory definitions, and account assignm
ents- Coordinate partner sales initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline impact and define the engagement blueprint between direct sales and the partner organiza
tion- Design and operationalize business processes for partner programs by ensuring the right processes, systems, enablement resources, and reporting structures are in place to support program execution and long-term suc
