Insight Global is hiring for a fully remote Assistant Director of Workday Financial Reporting supporting a large hospital system based in Tennessee. The Assistant Director of Workday Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and ongoing enhancement of reporting and analytics across Workday's financial ecosystem. This role ensures the accuracy, accessability, and continuous improvement of financial data solutions supporting functions such as research, payroll, supply chain, and enterprise finance. (Workday Specific modules)
This person will drive the adoption and optimization of Workday's advanced reporting tools, including Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and Office Connect.
The current reporting structure is as follows: One analyst current reporting into the AD, AD reporting into the Director of Workday ERP Solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Workday reporting experience, including extensive knowledge on Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reporting
- Experience with Workday's advanced reporting tools, including Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Dashboards, and Office Connect
- Strong accounting or financial analysis background
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
