Job Description
- Looking for someone with 3+ years of exp with a heavy focus on Workday compensation expertise
- Compensation Analyst will support the compensation manager, focusing on Workday compensation configuration, testing, and project work, especially for ship side compensation, which involves complex union-based wage components and automated rules.
- MUST HAVE -Union Compensation Experience: emphasized that experience with union compensation, step progression, and multiple wage components is highly preferred due to the complexity of ship side compensation.
- Certifications such as Workday Compensation or Workday Pro are a plus but not required; practical experience is prioritized.
