- 5+ years of HRIS experience
-3+ years of hands-on Workday Core -HCM configuration (required)
-Strong experience with Compensation configuration (critical)
-Strong experience organization structures, business processes, and job profiles
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based global organization
-Ability to work in a functional + technical hybrid role (70/30 split)
-Comfortable working in a ticketing / support + project-based environment
- Exposure to: Global HR systems, Payroll integrations (U.S./Canada), and Multi-brand or multi-entity environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Workday Prism or VNDLY experience
Exposure to integrations or reporting enhancements
Job Description
We are seeking a Workday Consultant to support major enterprise-wide compensation initiatives within a global organization. This role will play a critical part in redesigning compensation structures, standardizing job profiles across multiple brands, and supporting a multi-year roadmap of transformation work.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization, including work on incentive redesign, job architecture alignment, and potential Workday configuration enhancements.
Workday Configuration & Compensation
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, with a strong focus on compensation structures (70% functional / 30% technical)
- Design and support: Compensation plans, grade profiles, and job frameworks
Merit matrices, bonus structures, and incentive programs
- Support ongoing compensation transformation initiatives across a 12–24 month roadmap
Pay Rate- Negotiable based on expertise: $10-13 USD
