We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Configuration and Reporting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering and supporting payroll solutions across the US and Canada. This is a high-impact role working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive payroll accuracy, compliance, and system optimization.
- Pay Rate Range - $95-100/Hr on W2 (NO C2C)
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll for both US and Canadian payroll environments
- Support payroll operations including processing, validation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and support audits and process improvements
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technical teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Provide documentation, configuration support, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience
- Proven experience supporting both US and Canadian payroll processes
- Strong expertise in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data analysis
- Solid understanding of payroll compliance and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment
